Attorney Kevin Demet does complicated legal work on behalf of individuals and businesses, including civil litigation and transactions involving financial matters, trust & estate planning, insurance, real estate, business and employee benefits.  He also handles class actions; employee benefits; guardianship; and consumer fraud cases; trust, estate and will litigation; insurance claims and lawsuits; and commercial disputes.

He has argued several appeals as counsel of record, including before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. In addition, he serves as a public arbitrator in securities disputes before the Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority. He also handles pro bono cases. 

Practices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.   

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and earned his B.S. from Marquette University in 1986  and his J.D. cum laude from University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison in 1989. 

Began his career with a national law firm in Chicago.

Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and numerous Federal Courts, after first being admitted to practice in 1989.
